About Poppy and Olive Photography: I am a lifestyle photographer. This means that the majority of your session will be about embracing real-life situations, but capturing those moments in an artistic way. My favorite photos to snap are always the raw, real moments that can be treasured forever. I love capturing laughs, baby yawns, little pigtails, children’s profiles, family snuggles and secret handshakes. My sessions are not about looking at and smiling for the camera. Instead, we will move, adventure, sing and play, and we end up telling/capturing your family story in a unique way. I try to keep my family photography very natural and easy. I can not wait to help you freeze these fleeting moments in time through photography.

About Me: I am a wife to my high school sweetheart and a mom to three little loves—Poppy, Olive and Finn (sorry Finny, you weren’t born yet when I named my business!). My other loves include cold brew coffee, cycling, being outside, baby wearing, and, you guessed it — photography. I began my photography journey thanks to my kids. I love following them around with a camera and documenting our day-to-day (in fact, they make many appearances on my Instagram/Facebook). I am passionate about what I do and am so humbled to capture your story.
